Dhatri Thanki

Artist Dhatri Thanki is well versed with all forms of art, though Folk Art is her forte. She dabbled in art forms like Gond, Madhubani, Warli and themes from India mythology. She strives to create something offbeat and different keeping the allure of art alive.

Dhatri Thanki has an Art and Craft Diploma (2006) and a groomed artist. So far she has participated in a number of group shows in Ahmedabad as well as a solo exhibition at Jaipur Art Fiesta in 2019. She won two online art events in 2020. She participated in Kala Mahotsav, Jaipur in 2021. She has participated at in a group show organized in Kolkata by B. M. Fine Arts and Culture more recently in 2022.

Dhatri Thanki is a homemaker who juggles her art projects with other duties almost seamlessly due to her undiluted passion for art. She quoes, “I am diligent, sharp and energetic one who lives, eats and breathes ART”.
