Shipping Terms
Your product will be shipped within 1-2 days from your order and delivered within 3-7 working days from your order by our delivery partners. Though the normal delivery time for your orders to reach you would vary between 3-7 days, in exceptional cases it may reach you earlier or a bit later than normally expected.

In case you are ordering from multiple Yumm Chefs, ensure that you place a separate order for each Yumm Chef.​

Most of the products we ship will be prepared after customer's order confirmation, and will usually be processed within 2 days for regular orders, and within 7-10 days for bulk orders. For any bulk orders please consult and confirm with us using the site chat or by writing an email to aarogyumm@gmail.com
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Cancellation requests after 1 hour shall not be considered as these orders are specially being prepared on your requisition. In case of order cancellation, 10% of the order value will be deducted while refunding the cancelled order.
Order placed for same-day delivery/within 24 hours delivery are not eligible for any kind of cancellation/refund.
Orders can be cancelled by Aarogyumm in rare cases of non-availability of the product or unavailability of the Yumm Chef to process the order. In such cases the complete amount will be refunded. Aarogyumm reserves the right to cancel the orders received from remote locations, and non-serviceable pin codes by our delivery partners. Aarogyumm reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Aarogyumm reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery pin codes are affected by natural calamities like floods, heavy rain, Covid restrictions, etc.
If the customer is not available to receive/collect the product at the mentioned shipping address, the order can be cancelled if they request so, however such requests are not eligible for any refund. If the products are instructed to be handed over at the security gate and get damaged or tampered we shall not be held responsible, and no refunds can be claimed.
Return Policy
We usually do not accept any returns for the food products as these will be prepared only after receiving confirmed orders from customers. If as an exception, we have to consider an odd cases and accept returns we shall deduct a certain percentage of the processing fee, and shipping fee based on the type of the product, the order size and the location/pin code it’s shipped to. The decision for accepting or rejecting any returns in such cases lies with Aarogyumm.
Food Product Related
The product images displayed on the website are just for reference. The colour, size and shapes of the products may vary depending on the time prepared, climatic conditions, transportation mode, packaging material used, the quantities ordered etc.
Our Yumm Chefs do take utmost care while packing and shipping our products, however delicate products like Chakli, Sev, Murukkus, etc, have 10-15% possibilities of breakage in shipping. Kindly order only if you are okay with it.
All our products are produced by expert Yumm Chefs and follow the standard taste proportions. If you need your order to be altered it has to be mentioned in the notes, eg. spicier, less spicy, no salt, no sugar, less ghee, etc.

By default, some of the products are made out of Ghee and if you are allergic to ghee you have to mention it in the notes. The products you order will be labelled in English.
